Generally good.

Clean room, good locations, especially close to the university. Staffs are nice, and not far from the city center.

The sound insulation is not good, I hear noise every morning.

Superb location and great hotel.

Everything went well but the main highlights were the location of the hotel and a good choice of breakfast options. We stayed here last year and it seemed even better this year as our room was slightly bigger and it looked as though there was a bit of an increase in cereal options. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. As mentioned the location is great as it's near the canal which you can follow all the way to the old town and city centre.

Very Good

A good hotel with pleasant outdoor space and secure parking. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful and it wasn't too far from the city's attractions (about 1km walk to the Capitole).

The bedroom was a bit small but it was comfortable. In general, we were happy with the accommodation.

Would stay here again primarily due to the wonderful staff.

Convenient location, clean, nice choices for breakfast, staff went above and beyond to accommodate.

Our room was extremely small for 2 people/beds. Not much space for suitcases.

Very Good

A great hotel for an awesome price. The location was great, the staff very helpful, the room was equipped with everything you need even to make a cup of coffee in the morning. They even had a lovely terrace in the back.

As the shower was right in the room, with only a glass door and wall, we kind of smelled the swere when inside.

Centrally located comfortable hotel - thoroughly recommend

Excellent staff, polite, efficient, pleasant. Good central location. Comfortable stay. Reasonably priced on site parking. Pleasant decor. Responsive communications on a timely basis leading up to our stay. 24 Hour desk

Would be nice to be able to reserve a parking space prior to arrival (although we had no problem finding a space for our visit). Would also have been nice if we could have brought our (small) dog (Spitz Japonaise). However, neither issue would prevent us from staying with you guys again

The professionalism and the friendliness of the hotel staff. In particular, the reception personnel were very friendly and helpful. Also the housekeeping personnel did a great job resolving a small technical issue with the room very quickly.

Everything you could ask for at the price. Next time I'm in Toulouse I'll be back.

A hotel that works: good location + cosy comfort + awesome shower + staff efficiency + pleasant breakfast = happy customer. An unpretentious, modern, friendly, easy-going establishment with a supermarket 50 metres away and an easy walk to everywhere you might want to go in this underrated city.

Daily room cleaning was good but hardly prompt. Maybe I was just at the wrong end of the corridor.

Good hotel and kind staff.

Nice hotel, well looked after and kind staff. Breakfast as expected - very decent. Comfortable bed and shower worked well.

Room a little small for two people with 2 bags of luggage each - it is probably better as a business hotel for single business travellers. Nothing wrong with the room facilities at all, just a little cramp for us.

Toulouse is nice, and it was a good thing the hotel wasn't in the touristic center.

It's a clean comfortable hotel with nice accommodating staff.

But it is ugly, modern architecture at it's worst. And then, the rooms are poorly designed. It's not just taste, they build a refrigerator in a cupboard with ventilation holes. That just doesn't work. My room had a nice balcony, with no light or some possibility for it.

Superb and memorable

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which contributed to the overall vide of the hotel. The location was superb which made accessing everything very easy, either by walking or via public transport. There's a metro and a bus stop nearby. Me and my girlfriend got engaged here, so Toulouse and this hotel will always be special to us and we'll definitely be back.

Everything was good but it would've been nicer if the room had more space to put things like suitcases or towels in the bathroom. The room was small which was fine as it met our needs, however more hanging or storage space would've been appreciated. Also, the breakfast was nice but a wider selection of cereal would've been a bonus.

Excellent experience overall, room clean and comfy,15 minutes walk away from the place du Capitole.

The room was very good, clean, comfortable. The hotel also provides a private parking if you have a car.

The breakfast could be improved.

French hospitality and value at it's best.

Staff are amazing, their responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness second to none. The (paid) late checkout made the visit to Toulouse much more enjoyable. The location is excellent at less than 15 minutes walk to the centre, with all Toulouse has to offer. The airport is one of the few where spending time is enjoyable! We really appreciated the follow up messages from the staff and general manager (good customer systems )
